If you are entering ihram to perform another Umrah on your way through Madinah, your driver can stop at Bir Ali (Dhul Hulaifah), the Miqat point for pilgrims travelling from Madinah. For a standard Makkah to Madinah transfer without a fresh Umrah, no Miqat stop is required — let us know your plans when booking.
